When can you deliver my order?
Orders made before 8:00 am can be delivered on the same day. For orders after 8:00 am, delivery can be done by the next day or your selected date if it is an advanced order. We'll update you via text message when your order is out for delivery. Please, make sure that the phone number you submitted is always available.
How much is the delivery fee?

Return & Refund Policy
Full or partial refunds are decided on a case to case basis, but our goal is always to serve you better. If we have made a genuine mistake (the product was not made correctly or delivered the wrong item), we will certainly make it right. We are not able to offer refunds in cases where the product was baked correctly, or if the flavor or texture didn't meet personal preference.

Cancellation
